# Saved responsibility: the feedback workflow

The owner of the work controls this responsibility's scope and continuation. The Agent checks the sources, compares the saved state and records the next useful action. It does not need to repeat a completed model call to inspect its result.

## Continue when

The owner reports a real package or execution-record change and asks for another check. Open the previous observation first. Preserve conclusions and completed work that the new evidence does not change.

## Decide what matters

- A change to the required command, input/output contract, sign-in route or cost basis calls for a specific instruction review.
- A new execution result changes what can be claimed about the workflow. Match it to the relevant package and inputs before updating the claim.
- A successful check with no relevant difference leaves the existing instructions and outputs alone. Record it without a routine reminder.
- A page that cannot be read is unconfirmed, not unchanged. Keep the last confirmed note and its date, record the failed source, and explain the gap if it prevents the next decision.

## Keep the result

Keep dated observations, source links, relevant facts, work differences, unresolved limits and the next action together. This example's public results are in [observations.json](observations.json); the original work stays in the [feedback workflow package](../feedback-workflow/START.md).

The first observation established a baseline. The later one retained the source guidance and updated the actual-run evidence. It left browser acceptance open. No source was unavailable in either check.

## Change or pause

Before the next continuation, the owner can change the sources, meaningful-change condition or result destination in the saved responsibility. To pause this manual example, mark it paused and stop requesting continuations. Preserve the observations. Resume from the last confirmed state when the owner explicitly reassigns it. An environment with a real scheduled task also needs that task paused through its own controls; these files do not operate one.
