The initial staffing_costs.csv and research_notes.md retain the earlier missing-cost state; this later update supplies Westbank's pilot staffing cost.

## Supplied update

> A new staffing export has arrived: Westbank ran 12 pilot Saturdays in Apr–Jun 2026, at an incremental staffing cost of USD 310 per Saturday. Please revise the presentation and companion files to include this new cost information. No new visit data, counter calibration or expansion approval is available. Preserve the first version and give me the revised files with a short account of what changed and what did not.

## Derived amounts

- Westbank: 12 pilot Saturdays × USD 310 per Saturday = USD 3,720 for Apr–Jun 2026.
- Eastfield remains USD 2,880, from the initial staffing_costs.csv and research_notes.md R3.
- Combined two-branch incremental pilot staffing cost: USD 2,880 + USD 3,720 = USD 6,600.

This update does not supply Westbank visits, a calibration bridge, network-wide expansion costs, a value-per-visit assumption or an approved expansion budget. It does not establish that Saturday opening caused the recorded visit difference.
