Counts: **4 decisions; 5 proposals; 7 actions; 3 unassigned actions; 2 conflict groups.** The full log also has 3 questions and 19 INFO rows, for 31 rows total. The action list has 5 Not confirmed items and 2 source-reported completed items; one unassigned item is explicitly tentative.

Usable result: accepted commitments are separated from proposals, the cutover dates remain disputed, the notice has no confirmed owner or date, and the room booking remains unconfirmed. The sample access check and delivery of the estimate to Marta have exact completion quotes. The future sync deliverable remains unconfirmed. Missing confirmations are documented in exceptions.md; none were guessed.

Conflict count means distinct unresolved issues, not the number of rows carrying a CONFLICT marker. The two timed estimate statements are treated as progression, not an additional conflict.
