# First supervised weekly-update attempt

Internal local synthesis of a synthetic brief, using only the extracted input, instruction and dated source notes. No browsing was used for this synthesis, and neither product was tested. Documentation observation: 23 October 2026. Current availability remains unchecked.

## Decision

Use whichever environment the coordinator already has and can verify for the two authorized inputs and a saved editable output. Neither option can yet be selected unconditionally. Do not buy a subscription or connect an account to settle this memo.

## Criteria and comparison

The brief requires reading the tracker and meeting notes, saving an inspectable editable weekly update, retaining source/exception notes and completing without sending or sharing.

**Inference:** both documented environments could support this kind of supervised work; the notes do not establish task quality or a provider advantage.

**Judgment:** existing verified access is the useful tie-breaker for a first attempt. If exactly one account can read both authorized files and save/reopen an editable result, try that one. If neither can, stop at the access gap. If both can, the supplied evidence leaves the choice open.

## Risks and next check

These are dated documentation notes. Current rollout, remaining quota, account permissions and the chosen editable format may differ. Neither source proves that ambiguous dates or missing owners will be handled correctly.

First inspect an already available account's task mode and authorized input/output locations. Without purchasing or changing connections, run a small synthetic read/save/reopen check if permitted: read both sample inputs, save a short editable update with source locators and an unresolved-item note, reopen it, and confirm no sending or sharing action occurred. A failed access or output check is the deciding gap, not evidence that the other product works.

The actual tracker and meeting-note bytes are not supplied in this research sample. Obtain the authorized synthetic files before that file-task check. This memo completes the research task only.
