- Work can perform multi-step tasks with files, applications and tools available to an authorized member. Availability depends on plan, workspace configuration and rollout.
- Local resources depend on permission and workspace controls. Steps using a connected computer require that computer to be online.
- A cloud environment does not automatically inherit local files, applications or browser sessions. Uploads, project sources and authorized apps are distinct input routes.
- Eligible generated files can be saved to Library where available. This overview does not establish that the coordinator can create and reopen the required editable format.
