# Cleanup reconciliation

Designed example · synthetic data. This is a designed output, not a recorded agent run.

## Files

- `cleaned.csv`: all 14 original rows, with normalized person, cost-center, date/amount and review fields added. Every original field remains available.
- `exceptions.csv`: seven rows requiring review.

## Row reconciliation

| Count | Rows |
| --- | ---: |
| Source rows | 14 |
| Retained output rows | 14 |
| Silently deleted rows | 0 |
| Clear rows included in scoped totals | 7 |
| Rows requiring review and excluded from scoped totals | 7 |

The included rows are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 11 and 12. Rows 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 13 and 14 remain in the cleaned file and exceptions log. Leading-zero IDs stay as text.

## Scoped totals

| Currency | Included rows | Amount |
| --- | --- | ---: |
| USD | 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 | 1,375.49 |
| EUR | 3, 12 | 420.00 |

These are totals for clear included records, not final accounting totals. No currency conversion was performed. The refund in row 11 is -45.00 under the sample's stated convention.

## Decisions still needed

- Row 6 duplicates row 5. Confirm whether one should be removed from a later approved working copy; neither was silently deleted.
- Rows 7 and 8 conflict on amount for ID 001006. Confirm the correct record.
- Row 9's date could mean 3 April or 4 March; no locale is supplied.
- Row 10 has no currency.
- Row 13's amount is TBC; it is not zero.
- Row 14's amount uses an unconfirmed locale; the original 1.234,50 is preserved.

Before using these numbers, review the exception decisions and open the CSV in a tool that preserves IDs as text.
