# Recorded sample run: spreadsheet cleanup

Date: 2026-10-13. Environment: local Codex agent, GPT-6.1 Sol, high reasoning. All inputs are synthetic. No external sending or publication occurred.

## Method

The receiver used only this instruction and the synthetic input pack for this task. It had previously executed a different weekly-update task, but received no spreadsheet answer or designed example. A separate validation parsed the resulting CSV and compared every original cell and row order.

## Observed result

- All 14 source rows and their original values were retained in order.
- Leading-zero IDs survived in the CSV; ambiguous values were preserved.
- Seven exception rows were identified; no duplicate or conflict was silently removed.
- Scoped totals were USD 1,375.49 and EUR 420.00 over the stated eligible rows.

## Limits

Spreadsheet-app import behavior, real accounting accuracy, other providers, shared storage, live-system writes and long-run reliability were not tested.
