## Meeting notes — 12 October 2026

- N01 — Sam said “the report is done.” The core narrative is finished, but no approved final file was attached and finance sign-off is still pending.
- N02 — Alex proposed moving the tracker review to 16 October. The tracker still says 14 October; no confirmed date change was recorded.
- N03 — The vendor access request is still waiting. There is no confirmed response date. Morgan needs to decide whether the pilot can launch with 6 accounts or must wait for all 8.
- N04 — Before the shared tracker is made available, someone must confirm whether the team may see customer names. This privacy review is a material notes-only issue; there is no tracker row or named owner.
- N05 — Assign a reviewer for the regional appendix. The owner field in T05 is blank. Finance needs to confirm how the two revenue definitions should be compared.

## Sources

Use task IDs T01–T08 and note IDs N01–N05 as stable references. A newer note can add context but does not silently resolve a disagreement. There is no email, calendar, approved report or live deployment in this pack.
