What we observed

• Preserved the missing owner, blocked access, conflicting review dates and report approval gap.
• Kept the notes-only privacy issue separate from an assigned task.
• Marked completion dates unknown; saved the update and factual source map.

What this does not establish

One-page pagination, Word output, other providers, private files, sending, recurring work and long-run reliability were not tested.
