I cleaned the export into a new copy, and all 14 source rows are kept in order with none deleted or merged. `input.md` is unchanged. I ran the cleaning script once and checked the output counts against it; I did not re-check the rows by hand.

**What changed in the new copy**
- **Original fields:** untouched, with IDs kept as text (`001001` stays `001001`).
- **Added columns:** normalized values and flags are in new columns. Row 1's name is trimmed, row 2's cost center is uppercased, and row 11's `(45.00)` becomes -45.00.
- **Duplicate and conflict flags:** row 6 is flagged as an exact duplicate of row 5, and rows 7 and 8 are flagged as a conflict on ID 001006 (120.00 vs 140.00). Both kinds stay in the file.
- **Unclear values:** the date `03/04/2026`, the missing currency, `TBC` and `1.234,50` are left as they were. The matching normalized cell is blank, so no amount became zero and no currency was assumed.

**Row counts:** 14 in, 14 out. 7 rows are in the scoped totals and 7 are excluded.

**Scoped totals** (first occurrence of fully clear records only, no currency conversion, not a final accounting total):

| Currency | Rows included | Total |
|---|---|---|
| USD | 1, 2, 4, 5, 11 | 1,375.49 |
| EUR | 3, 12 | 420.00 |

**Excluded from totals:** row 6 (duplicate), rows 7 and 8 (conflict), row 9 (date format unknown), row 10 (currency missing), row 13 (amount `TBC`) and row 14 (amount format unknown). `reconciliation.md` gives the reason for each.

**Decisions I need from you**
1. Is row 6 a true duplicate of row 5, and should it be removed later?
2. For rows 7 and 8, which amount is correct, or are they separate expenses?
3. Is `03/04/2026` (row 9) 3 April or 4 March?
4. What currency is the 95.00 in row 10?
5. What is the final invoice amount for row 13?
6. Does `1.234,50` (row 14) mean 1,234.50 or something else?
7. If you want one combined figure, I need an authorized conversion rule.

- build.py (the script that produced the outputs; I added it, and you didn't ask for it)
