A WORKSHOP FROM YOUR OWN MATERIAL Bring a few notes about something you genuinely know how to do, one example you have the right to use, your audience and the actual room/time/material limits. Decide what people should be able to try by the end. Remove private or third-party material you do not have permission to share with your chosen AI. Give your existing AI this task: "Use my notes and example below to make a small workshop for [people], lasting [minutes], in [place], with [materials]. The one thing participants should practise is [goal]. Produce an editable host plan with every minute accounted for, and a one-page participant activity card. Keep my teaching meaning. Flag missing knowledge or practical decisions instead of inventing expertise, a venue, permissions or learner results. End with the checks I need to make before hosting. Here are my notes and example: [paste]." Read the result as the person standing in the room. Try the demonstration. Walk through the instructions with the actual materials and a clock. Correct the subject advice yourself, remove activities that cannot fit, and check that the handout agrees with the plan. If the AI cannot create files, take the text into your usual document editor; a specialised workshop app is not needed. Optional later request, only if your actual constraint changes: "The session now needs to [real change]. Revise the host plan and participant card together, retaining the learning goal where it is still feasible. Tell me what the new constraint changes."
