INDEPENDENT & UNOFFICIAL

How this site works

CodexWork is an independently operated website about making and working with AI agents.

A good idea deserves a way in.

Perhaps you have a job to finish. Perhaps you have a free afternoon and no idea what to ask an AI to do. This is a place to find something worth your time: a finished object, an unexpected possibility, or a clearer way through a familiar task.

Open the work before you decide to follow along. Take the original, borrow a direction, or use the short route into an AI you already have. Reading for the pleasure of a good idea counts, too. There is no course to complete and no account to create here.

Some links lead to another author's guide or video. We say why we chose them and leave the original with its creator. If a direct request to your AI is all you need, start there.

What the examples establish

Recorded trials use fictional inputs and preserve the actual returned files. Each record names the tool, model, date and environment. Authored works, designed examples and vendor documentation are labelled separately. A finished-looking file is not proof of a reliable model, a successful class or a happy customer.

Evidence labels

Recorded run
A named agent did the job; every file is published.
Made-up example
Invented data written to show a point, not produced by a run.
Designed, not run
Written to be tried; no agent has run it.
Vendor documentation
What the vendor's own pages say, dated; we haven't tested it.
Tried once
One informal trial, not a full recorded run.
Checked by script
The arithmetic was checked by script; no agent run is recorded.
Original work
A complete editorial creation, not a customer story or a named-model trial.

Disclosure

Site implementation, original writing and illustrations are AI-assisted. The works name their authorship and source boundaries; recorded trials identify their actual models and preserved outputs. An editorial repair is not relabelled as an autonomous model success.

Independence

CodexWork is independently operated and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by OpenAI. References to OpenAI, Codex, and other product names identify the products discussed; they do not imply a partnership or endorsement. All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The name

A codex is a bound book of handwritten pages. This site takes that idea as a book of worked jobs and creative possibilities.
