This shows how concentrated the quantity is. It is not a chance of failure or a risk score, and it says nothing about a supplier’s quality or reliability.
Why this solution
A standalone HTML record of your inputs, assumptions, both solutions, extra cost and limits. Available after a comparison that matches your current inputs. It can't be reopened here. Use a working file for that. This is a comparison, not an order: nothing is sent to suppliers, accepted or paid.
Good to know
This page compares the numbers you enter. It doesn't read special terms, judge supplier quality or delivery reliability, place orders, or contact suppliers. The largest single-supplier allocation shows concentration of quantity, not likelihood of failure.
